Michael Psihogios – Associate
(On secondment to Norcast, a Pala portfolio company)

Michael’s Pala investment experience includes Norcast Castings Company Limited, Avoca Resources Ltd., Coalcorp Mining Inc., and he is currently an Observer to the Board of Gemcom Software, Inc.

Prior to joining Pala, Michael was at National Bank Financial in the Mergers and Acquisitions group in Toronto, Canada, where he worked on a number of advisory transactions with a focus on the mining and metals industry. Michael worked on the advisory side during Pala Investments' acquisition of Norcast (2007). Before National Bank Financial, Michael worked for another major Canadian investment bank in equity financings and debt capital markets.

Michael received his Honours Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada.
